If you believe material on this website infringes your intellectual property rights, please use the process below so we can review and respond promptly.
A. Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
We may block access to or remove content we believe in good faith infringes third-party rights upon receipt of a compliant notice and may discontinue service to repeat infringers. To submit a notice, provide all items below:
- Identify the copyrighted work or other IP you claim is infringed (include registration number(s) if available).
- Identify the specific material you claim is infringing, including:
- a short explanation of how it infringes; and
- the exact location (URL) on our site where the material appears.
- Your full contact information: name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
B. Once a Proper Notice Is Received
- We may remove or disable access to the material.
- We may notify the content provider about the removal or disablement.
- We may terminate access for repeat offenders.
C. Procedure to Supply a Counter-Notice
If you believe the removed/disabled material is not infringing or you have the right to use it (e.g., license, fair use), send a counter-notice containing:
- Identification of the material removed/disabled and where it appeared before removal (URL).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full contact information: name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, we may forward it to the original complainant and, unless they file an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days at our discretion.
