1. Information we collect when you visit

1.1 Log files

When you browse our site without actively submitting information, your browser sends technical data we need to deliver and secure the website.

  • Date/time of request and time zone (e.g., GMT offset)
  • Requested file and HTTP status
  • Bytes transferred
  • Referrer URL
  • Operating system, interface, browser type, language, and version

We use this data to display the website, enhance usability, and maintain stability and security (lawful bases: consent where required and/or legitimate interests).

2. Cookies & similar technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser. They help remember your preferences, keep items in your cart, and measure site performance.

  • Session cookies: stored temporarily and deleted when you close your browser (e.g., login state, language).
  • Persistent cookies: remain until their set expiry and help remember settings across visits.
  • Third-party cookies: set by partners for analytics and performance; collected in pseudonymized form via an ID.

3. Ordering & account

To fulfill purchases, we process the personal data necessary to conclude and perform a contract. Required fields are marked during checkout; other fields are optional. You may checkout once or create an account to reuse details later.

  • Checkout is encrypted using TLS.
  • Payments by PayPal and debit/credit cards are processed by PayPal. See PayPal’s privacy policy:

  • We share order and address data with the carrier selected for delivery (e.g., USPS/UPS, DHL, Asendia).
  • We retain order, address, and payment metadata as required by tax and commercial laws (typically up to 10 years).

3.1 Post-purchase reviews

We may send a product review request (via Judge.me) using your email, name, order number, product types, and a unique ID to generate a feedback link. You can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link.

4. Communications

When you contact us via form, email, or phone, we process your data to respond and for customer care. We use Google Workspace (Google LLC) for email coordination.

5. Web analytics

5.1 Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand site usage and improve the experience. Google uses cookies to generate aggregated reports for us. Your browser IP is shortened and not combined with other Google data.

5.2 Matomo

We may also use Matomo (InnoCraft Ltd) to analyze aggregate behavior (e.g., scroll depth, click frequency). IPs are truncated/anonymized; keystrokes in forms are not recorded. Data is retained up to 30 days and used only for UX improvements.

  • You can block cookies in your browser; if an opt-out cookie is set and later deleted, you must set it again.

6. Your rights

  • Withdraw consent at any time (future-effect only).
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Access, correct, or delete personal data where applicable.
  • Object to use for marketing or analytics without giving reasons.

  • Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, asset sale, bankruptcy).
  • Aggregated/non-personal data for statistics or content development.

Third parties may have their own privacy policies. Their servers can be inside or outside the U.S.

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures (including SSL/TLS in transit) to safeguard data. No method is 100% secure, so you should protect your account and password.

10.3 Your CCPA rights

  • Right to know/access what we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Right to delete personal information (subject to exceptions).
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.

10.4 “Shine the Light”
