Track your order status with your order number and email. Tracking links are also sent by email once your package ships.

Tips

  • Tracking may take up to 48–72 hours to activate after shipment.
  • Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder or make sure your mailbox isn’t full, as a full inbox can prevent new emails from arriving.

FAQs

My tracking hasn’t updated, what should I do?
Carrier scans can lag for 1–3 business days. If there’s no movement after that window, contact us with your order number.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Contact support within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, we can attempt a carrier intercept or reship after it returns.
It shows “Delivered” but I can’t find it.
Check with household members and neighbors first, then your carrier’s local office. If still missing after 10 business days, contact us.
